How do we test if we will be able to join a support meeting?

Teamstudio uses GoToMeeting as our provider for web-hosted meetings.  When we arrange or request an online session you will receive an invite from GoToMeeting confirming the date and time of the proposed session.  Some companies limit what services may be used on their systems for such purposes. 

If you would like to test your connection prior to the meeting to ensure your systems are compatible with the GoToMeeting service.  You may find instructions and a test meeting link on the GoToMeeting site here.

Once you test your connection by joining their test meeting you will see a screen like below confirming that your connection was successful.
