Turn off UAC in Windows

UAC often prevents installation of the tools with no notification it is doing so.  Turning UAC off for the duration of the installation is a common requirement to a successful installation.

From the Windows Start Menu or Control Panel, search for UAC and lower it to the lowest level.  You may need to restart Windows for the change to take effect.

Please remember to return UAC to the required level after installation.
