The new e32 installer doesn't work on Windows XP.

With the release of Teamstudio Tools Edition 32 we have re-engineered our installation process to be Windows 10 compatible. Our goal was to also remove both the complexity and difficulties many of our customers have experienced while using the Widget, MSI and local NSF installers.

As a result of the above we have had to discontinue the support of the new installer on Windows XP.  If you attempt to run the E32 installer on Windows XP you may run into various errors one of which may show up referencing 'InitializeCriticalSectionEx'.

You may continue to use e31 on Windows XP, even with your e32 serial numbers, but there will be no releases of the Widgets, MSI or NSF installers for e32.
